What if an item is out of stock? |

We do our best to verify the availability of all items ordered in the very early stages of processing. Barring any unforeseen problems, you will be notified via email by a customer service representative regarding your options for any out of stock item(s) within 48 business hours of placing your order. Those options would include the following:
If an item is simply out of stock, it should only delay your order by about 5-6 business days above our regular shipping schedule, as it typically takes about that long to receive merchandise from the respective manufacturer. We will either ship your order complete when the out-of-stock item(s) arrive or, if you prefer, we will ship the available items per our standard shipping schedule with the other item(s) shipping when they become available at no additional charge to you. If an item is backordered, meaning the manufacturer is also out of a particular item, we will ship the item(s) to you as soon as they are available. Keep in mind that there is no way to set a time frame on backordered items. |
