Can I cancel, or make changes to, my order?

We will do our best to accommodate your request.  Most order are processed (item(s) pulled, packaged and shipping label created including postage) the same day that the order was placed and shipped the next day.  Occasionally your order may be shipped the same day depending on when the order was placed and when the carrier arrives at our place of business.   Since we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible, we do ask that any cancellations or changes be made as soon as possible of placing your order.  If your request is made after that, and your merchandise has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items to us.

Any unclaimed or refused packages are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. In the event you would like the package re-shipped to you, standard shipping fees, plus a 5% re-packaging fee, will apply.
