Do you ship International?

Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are sent via the United States Postal Service. Our preference is to use USPS First Class Mail, which takes approximately 5-10 business days* to arrive once shipped.    We do not guarantee delivery of any overseas package that unless optional insurance has been purchased. Please be aware that the postal service does not guarantee delivery times for overseas delivery as the final delivery is the sole responsibility of the receiving country once it leaves our borders.

International shipping rates can vary by country as well as the final weight and dimensions of the package. Therefore, International shipping rates are subject to increase based on the current rates for the destination country. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.  Fifth Avenue Lingerie does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

*The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages to the nearest customs processing center in the destination country. Depending on the efficiency of the customs processing center, packages may be delayed while waiting to be cleared.  On very rare occasions, we had packages delay as long 30 days.
