Refused or Undelivered Packages?

In the event delivery is not made due to any of the following reasons:

  • An attempted delivery notice is left and the package is not picked up in a timely manner.

  • The package is not deliverable as addressed, and is addressed in accordance with the information provided in the original order.

  • Delivery is refused by the recipient.

You will be notified and the following policies and remedies will apply:

  • Re-Shipment: An amount up to 5% of the merchandise total will be charged for re-packaging the order and you will have to pay the shipping charge again before order will be reshipped.
  • Refund: If you prefer not to have the order re-shipped, we can issue a refund for the merchandise total of your order, less a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
