How do I shop at Fifth Avenue Lingerie?

We've tried to make shopping as simple and user friendly as possible at Fifth Avenue Lingerie. We would recommend that you login or register for an account.  You can simply navigate through our site by clicking on category on left of the screen or click on the pictures representing the various categories.  Our categories are also divided into sub-categories to maximize your shopping experience.  After you have selected a category of interest.  You can scroll down the page until you find the garment(s) you are looking for.  If didn't find any garment(s) that you're looking for, be sure to look in the upper or lower right of the white screen for the result pages, click on next or the individual page numbers for additional items.  Each page will 12 different items.

I found a garment that you want to buy

After you've found a garment(s) that you're looking for, click on the picture, description or buy now button, make the appropriate selections from the products drop down menu's; such as size and color. Finally, select the quantity you would like to order and click the "In Cart" button.  Don't worry if you have accidentally added an item to the cart, or if you decide later that you do not want an item, you will have the opportunity to remove the item(s) during the Checkout process.  Ok, I found a garment and added to my cart and I want to continue shop for more items.  If you want to continue to shop in the same category, the easy way to go back where you were just at is to click on the back button on your web browser or select a category from the left and repeat the previous steps.

Ready to Checkout

If you're ready to checkout, click on checkout in the shopping cart box found in the upper right corner of the screen. This will take you to step 1 of the checkout process.  You can review your entire shopping cart at this step.  You will see our sku #,  brief description, price of item, quantity and subtotal.  At this time, you can add or delete an item by either putting the correct quantity for additional items or zero to delete an item from your cart.  Be sure to click on update to refresh your cart.  Now you can select the different shipping methods from the dropdown menu.   The screen will refresh with reflected shipping charge.   Then select the appropriate payment method and click "Continue" at the bottom of the screen.  You will taken to step 2 of the checkout process.  Here you can review your billing & shipping address. If Gift Certificate payment method was selected, enter the number found on your GC at the bottom of the screen.   You can also enter any notes or use this field to include a free gift card with your order.  Be sure to clearly state " Please send gift card" to  (enter their name  and brief message).  If want to ship the items to another address other than what is being displayed by click on "Modify" and fill in the appropriate information.  Click on submit and you'll be redirected to step 2, where you can review the changes that you made.  If every thing is correct.  Click on Submit order.  Depending on the payment method that was selected.  If money order was selected you will taken to our order confirmation page.  Here you can print your invoice.    We recommend that you print at least one invoice that will be sent with your payment to us.  If Paypal payment method was select, you will be redirected to paypal checkout  screen, where you enter your email address and password. After you have login, you will be take to the make payment screen.  Click pay and follow the remaining steps.

At any time during your shopping experience with Fifth Avenue Lingerie, you can click on the "View Cart or Checkout" from the shopping cart box to either view and edit the contents of your cart or proceed to the checkout process.
